Private / Semi-Private Yoga Instruction is for individuals or small groups.
Private Yoga is perfect for you if you are unable, or do not desire, to practice yoga at a studio, gym, or other group setting. Instead, we meet privately at my personal home studio in Lewiston Village or at a location of your choice such as home, office, or favorite place – indoor or out.
Private Yoga:
- New student seeking experience
- Re-Introduction for returning practice
- Experienced seeking advancement
- Specific health issues or concerns
- Prefer privacy
- Desire individual attention
- Time / schedule availability
If you are new to yoga; have limitations due to health, time, or any other factor; prefer privacy; or simply desire individual instruction, then private sessions are an ideal way to experience yoga that is specifically purposed to meet your needs.
Private Yoga is also perfect if you are an experienced yogi and seek to deepen your practice by addressing more advanced postures, breath, meditation, or philosophy.
Sessions are 60 – 75 minutes (1 hour minimum)
– Single Session: $50.00
– 4 Session Package: $180.00

Students:
Level 1 and All Level classes are appropriate for students of every kind.
Level 2 is most appropriate for those who have a solid foundation of basics and are looking to deepen their practice.
Studios:
If you own or manage a location offering yoga, please know that I am available to instruct at your location either on a permanent basis or for substitution services depending on schedule. I am certified, registered, and maintain yoga teacher insurance.
Instructors:
If you are an instructor in need of a substitute, please know that I quite often provide substitution services depending on schedule and availability. I am certified, registered, and maintain yoga teacher insurance.
Professional, collegiate, high school, and community sport teams and organizations have more recently discovered the benefits of yoga and are increasingly integrating yoga into their training.
Regardless of the activity, athletes are able to benefit from increased flexibility, strength, endurance, balance, and focus. Combined, these work together to create a disciplined mind, body, and spirit that is able to perform at the highest levels.
Yoga for Sports is designed primarily to increase performance and reduce injury using flexibility, balance, and relaxation training. Additional attention is given to breath work (ability to create and use energy for performance and recovery) as well as meditation techniques to reduce stress coupled with positive affirmations and sport success visualization.
Yoga for Sports is most often included during Pre and Post Seasons though it certainly can be of benefit during In-season as well.
