28 Day Yoga Plank Challenge

A good friend of mine encouraged me to get in on this 28 days to a 4 minute plank. I think he read that 5 minutes is a real test of core strength, so we bumped it to 5 minutes. Here’s a Link to the article. What we are doing is simply adding 10 seconds to each day of the schedule so that we end up with 5 minutes instead of 4. Feel free to join in!

Day 1 = 30s | Day 15 = 100s
Day 2 = 30s | Day 16 = Rest
Day 3 = Rest | Day 17 = Rest
Day 4 = 40s | Day 18 = Rest
Day 5 = 50s | Day 19 = 180s
Day 6 = 50s | Day 20 = Rest
Day 7 = 55s | Day 21 = 240s (4 min)
Day 8 = 55s | Day 22 = Rest
Day 9 = 70s | Day 23 = Rest
Day 10 = Rest | Day 24 = 120s
Day 11 = 70s | Day 25 = Rest
