Had a really nice class this morning for our M/W/F gentle yoga session with several new faces including Theresa Williams Ehlen a cherished friend from back in H.S. (She harvests great local honey too!) This is an ideal introduction class and great for anyone wanting to reduce stress, heal, or simply test the waters.
