Adho Mukha Vrksasana at ArtPark

The weather has been so nice this winter that in all my 56 years (soon to be 57) I don’t think I can ever remember it being better. The warm February sun and pleasant cool air really brought out some playfulness and prompted Adho Mukha Vrksasana or Downward Facing Tree Pose, AKA handstand. I almost felt like a kid again. If you compare this shot to the one I posted a few days ago (Parsva Prasarita Padottanasana) you’ll notice my son John wisely relocated.

I am also very happy to announce that I will be teaching Vinyasa Flow Level 2 at Udumbara in Lewiston Saturday Mornings 9am – 10:15am for the next few weeks so consider yourself invited to join me. Udumbara Schedule
