Ardha Baddha Malasana AKA Bound Crouching Tiger. Main difference between this and Ardha Malasna is the bind (arms wrapped with wrist hold). Great pose for creating flexibility and balance with a special emphasis in spinal rotation and mobility.
This shot was taken at a slightly different spot which is 30 feet or so closer to the brink of the American Falls compared to my first post of this posture without the bind and standing on left foot instead of the right, again balance is key in all things so what you do for one side you must do for the other.
