I am very happy to announce that Anne Rychlik of Downdog Yoga has recently interviewed me, including an evaluation of a live class, and has subsequently invited me to instruct at her studio in Lewiston.
Anne is also Himalayan Certified and therefore we share in a common tradition and much of our individual styles reflect similarities yet remain distinct. I am confident that this continuation of tradition combined with individual flavor will be of great worth to our students. To receive her endorsement and invitation is truly an honor and I am both excited and humbled to be associated with Anne and her fine studio.
